Steins;Gate Review

Steins gate mad scientist

This is the choice of the Steins Gate! Like a precious pearl whom many seek, Steins Gate is undeniably one of the best anime ever made to date! The Future Gadget Lab, headed Okabe Rintarou A.K.A Hououin Kyouma (the mad scientist), funnily enough, transforms their own microwave into a device that can send mobile text messages into the past. With the ability to send these messages called D-Mail into the past, they race against time (literally) to beat SERN, an organisation currently researching time travel and bent on using it to control the future. 5 Centimeters Per Second Review

5 centimeters per second

“Hey… They say it’s five centimeters per second.”

“What do you mean?”

“The speed at which the sakura blossom petals fall… Five centimeters per second.”

Time is the longest distance between two places. It is the time you have wasted for your rose that makes your rose so important. Time may at moments of your life be a wonderful thing, as well as a terrible thing. Time is everything. Makoto Shinkai presents wonderfully in his masterpiece movie as time and distance being the barrier between two lovers. As it slowly passes, it gets harder and harder to reach each other as they move away and live different lives.

Cromartie High School Review

Cromartie High School

Cromartie High School was a place where population was 100% delinquent, until it suddenly became 1% less. Takashi Kamiyama, is a mild-mannered above-average student, who enrols in the school and regularly writes to his mother about his current student life at school. You’d think that he be bullied non-stop for the rest of his life right? Wrong! As twisted as the logic seems, everyone thinks he is the baddest bad guy in the school, for “only a really tough rabbit would lie down among lions”. As everyone has an average IQ of 50, which is quite low, only hilarious laughs and situations will follow.
